For many of us, fitness is about health, energy, and confidence. But for Coach Ashley, it started as something deeper—a lifeline during one of the hardest chapters of her life.
When Ashley’s husband was diagnosed with stage 4 Hodgkin’s lymphoma, she found herself spending more time at the gym to cope with the stress and emotions that came with it. Over time, it became more than just a place to escape—it became her way to rebuild herself.
Her perspective shifted: Why wasn’t I taking care of my body when I had the chance, when my husband would’ve done anything to feel healthy again? That realization changed everything.
Today, Ashley’s goal is to help others use movement as their own form of strength—both physically and mentally. Her approach to coaching is rooted in compassion and connection. She loves seeing people use fitness to navigate life’s challenges and come out stronger on the other side.
Her favorite movement? Seated leg extensions—simple, yet powerful. And her advice for anyone just starting out? Take it one day at a time. Change takes time, but with the right support system, every step forward counts.
Outside the gym, Ashley lives in Saranac on 25 acres with her husband, three dogs, two cats, nine ducks, and ten chickens. She loves beach volleyball, singing, and crime podcasts—but her true joy comes from connecting with people and helping them rediscover their strength through movement.
Ashley’s coaching style is a mix of encouragement and challenge. She loves helping members see their own potential and believes fitness should be as much about mental strength as physical growth. You’ll often find her sharing a smile, a motivational cue, or a reminder that everyone starts somewhere—and every small win matters.
