“Why do I come to TrvFit 3 times a week? The simple answer is that I want to live longer. Both my parents died earlier than they should have – at 59 and 66. Just last week one of my high school classmates passed away. I had seen her at our 55th class reunion this summer and she seemed healthy and happy. It hits home when someone your age that you grew up with is no longer here.
I was shamed into starting to exercise by my daughter 3 years ago. I’ve been at TrvFit almost 3 years and feel healthier than I did 3 years ago. I may not have lost all the weight I wanted but I can now get up off the bench without help! That’s a big improvement for someone my age.
