Cliche as it may sound, joining TRVFIT has been a life-changing experience. From the moment I walked in, the support and encouragement from the staff and fellow members have been unparalleled. The trainers are not just knowledgeable professionals but also caring individuals who genuinely want to see you succeed. And it’s not just the trainers but also the other members that constantly cheer for you and push you to be your best. 10/10 would recommend.

I’ve been going to TRVFIT for about 4 months now. I was an athlete all my life, and now, as a young adult it’s been difficult to find a fitness routine that works for me. That was until I began working out at TRVFIT. I participate in personal training and love it! The accountability, and individualized goals, have been so helpful for me. This is the most consistent I’ve been with my fitness, and I highly recommend TRVFIT to be your home gym. The coaches and members are so friendly, and there’s events frequently to add some challenge to your own workouts.

After trying many different gyms and different types of fitness, I finally found what I was looking for. When I came to TrvFit I was looking for personalized training and accountability and that is what I found. While I have spent most of my time in personal training, I’ve also taken some semi-private classes and utilized the nutrition coaching. All have been helpful in getting me closer to my goals. I have lost both inches and pounds but more importantly, I am working on my long term health thanks to some amazing coaches.

Working out at TRV|FIT SW has been a great experience and I highly recommend going there. I have been very comfortable working in a group setting, at my own pace, and with weights that are comfortable for me. Kelsey and the other coaches keep watch making sure I do the exercises correctly and with weight thats right for me so I don’t injure myself. If an exercise is more than I can handle, they always have modifications that work with my ability. Being one of the older participants, I attend to gain strength and stability and to get stronger due to bone and muscle issues. I enjoy it because there is absolutely no pressure to keep up with anyone else in the class. Its me against me.

As cheesy as it might sound, joining TrvFit is the best thing I've done for myself in years. I've participated in PT, nutrition coaching, group classes and semi-privates and every experience has been so helpful towards my goals. The coaches and community are incredible.

I’ve been with TRV|FIT for about a month now and I’m happy to say this is a great place to get fit! As a mental health therapist and practice owner (Amplified Life), I recognize the importance of staying fit at every age and stage of life, while also being connected with a community of others who support and encourage us along the way. TRV|FIT’s leadership and coaches bring expert guidance with respect to physical conditioning, and tons of encouragement and support. So whether you’re looking for a new place to work out, or thinking about getting started with a gym for the first time, I highly recommend TRV|FIT. It’s a community-first gym, “where everyone knows your name”, and fitness happens along the way.

I've been with TRVFIT for three months now. I actually found TRVFIT within a Google search looking for "personal training near me" and they popped up. Read the reviews and decided to schedule a consult. I've been a workout junky for years but fell off as I've gotten older. I would say that I'm a thinner lady so my goals have always been building my strength back and not weight loss forced. I've been with Kelsey now as my PT. My progress has been significant. I feel my strength level has improved and my stamina has been incredible. My body is stronger and my muscles are toning up with every session. She gets me and my goals. Highly recommend them for personal training!

When I retired, I wanted to start working out to strengthen my core, improve my balance, and lose some weight. I knew that to be consistent, I would need to be part of a structured group, and after joining TRVFIT SW Grand Rapids in May, I knew I had found that group. The owner and trainer, Kelsey Goncalves, has put together great workouts while also providing modified exercises for individuals with knee, shoulder or back issues, allowing them to still exercise the muscle group intended. Everyone is supportive of each other with no judgements. Since May, my balance continues to improve, my core strength has improved, and I have lost 10 lbs. - 9 lbs. of Fat. If you would like to start a workout program, I highly recommend TRVFIT SW Grand Rapids as a great place to start regardless of your age. You will be welcomed and the support you will receive will help you be successful on your fitness journey.

I can’t say enough great things about TRVFIT SW Grand Rapids and the owner/trainer Kelsey Goncalves. I began working out in May, 2023 and have consistently worked out 3 times a week. I have lost a few lbs but more importantly I have lost body fat and inches and have gained muscle mass and strength! Kelsey and the entire gym community are supportive, encouraging, and very friendly. Definitely a no judgement zone with everyone working to their own strength and abilities. I am over 60 and would recommend this gym and family community to anyone regardless of age or athletic ability. This gym is truly worth a try!
