With a range of different classes throughout the week, there is something for everyone at TRV|FIT Fitness SW Grand Rapids. From an after-work GRIT session to help burn off some steam, or an early morning boxing class to get you pumped for the day, you’re always welcome in our group fitness sessions. Every class is trainer-led and adaptable to everyone, regardless of their background, so you can find a session to suit your day whatever your schedule. Keen to use a barbell? Give it a go! Find Us

Find TRV|FIT just a few minutes from the 131 highway, where it crosses the M6! You’ll locate us between 68th Street and 76th Street off Clyde Park, by simply turning down 74th Street and right on Ardith. We are located on the corner of Ardith and 73rd St. You’ll find Suite F nestled on the back side of the building – the second to last suite! The gym is pleased to offer free parking with a few spaces right out front, and a community parking lot on the side.

Grit

GRIT is our conventional strength training session with a unique approach. This session’s intention is to build quality strength through compound movements and accessory work. It runs in a groundbreaking format to work your full body. If you’re looking for unconventional strength, and muscle building this class is for you.

Riot Boxing

Riot Boxing

RIOT Boxing is TRV|FIT’s premier boxing and conditioning workout. The goal is to make authentic boxing techniques accessible and non intimidating while taking you through rounds of bag work, cross-training, and building that fighter’s core. There’s no experience needed, and a great workout to get started with!

Sweat

SWEAT is our ABOVE the NORM HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) session. Inside our unique interval-based class you’ll be working through different exercises with the intention of working your heart rate to optimal performance and calorie burning zones. This is a great class to get started at any fitness level.

Swift

In this class we include explosive compound lifts, loads heavy enough to tax the muscles to increase your strength and pair it with high levels of conditioning. We also include a dedicated time for hypertrophy to focus on increasing lean muscle mass.

Trv|X

TRV|X is our staple workout. Inside this session, you can expect an incredible balance of strength, cardio, and muscular endurance. We’ll keep you sweating through 45 mins of variety of innovative equipment, programming, and having a blast along the way. This is a great class to get started at any fitness level.
