Darcey

Years ago, I took a boxing class with a former professional boxer – and I hated it. But after some convincing from a friend, I gave it another shot… and I’m so glad I did. That second class sparked my love not just for boxing, but for fitness as a whole.
With over 25 years of experience in the boxing and fitness world, I’m a certified personal trainer and CPR certified. Coaching boxing is my passion, especially when someone walks into class unsure and leaves feeling empowered. It’s not only an incredible full-body workout, but also a powerful stress reliever – and I love watching people discover that for themselves.
What brings me the most joy is seeing people progress and succeed in their fitness journey.
Fun fact: I gave birth to a 12-pound baby – naturally!
My motto: If it doesn’t challenge you, it won’t change you!

Kelsey Goncalves

Owner & Coach
With a background in orthopedics and a lifelong interest in kinesiology, I’ve always been fascinated by how the body functions as a whole. That foundation has fueled my passion for functional strength training and coaching.

I started coaching at TrvFit in 2019 and took over ownership in 2021. Since then, my mission has been clear: meet people where they’re at, break the stereotypes around fitness and nutrition, and help individuals build sustainable habits they can enjoy-not just endure-while working toward their goals.

I hold certifications in Group Fitness (AFAA), Women’s Health (AFAA), and Nutrition Coaching (NASM), and I’m currently pursuing my Girls Gone Strong Pre/Postnatal Certification to better support women through all stages of life.
At the heart of my coaching is a belief that fitness should feel empowering, not intimidating-and that everyone deserves a space where they can grow stronger, inside and out.

Staci Ainsworth

Coach
Born and raised in Hopkins, Staci brings her heart, humor, and grit to every session she coaches. After years of struggling with negative body image and chasing the smallest version of herself, she discovered the power of lifting and endurance training-not just for physical strength, but for healing and self-worth.

Her journey through faith, therapy, and fitness fuels her passion to help others find that same freedom. Staci believes deeply in meeting people where they are, listening first, and building trust to help them pursue sustainable progress in and out of the gym.

She’s a fan of hard challenges-especially Bulgarian split squats-and finds peace on the road during long bike rides. When she’s not coaching, you’ll find her exploring new places with her son or capturing meaningful moments through photography.
Her approach to coaching is rooted in encouragement, connection, and the simple belief that we should always “leave everything better than we found it.”

Grant enjoys connecting with members, understanding their goals, and helping them push past limits they didn’t think were possible. To him, fitness is more than workouts, it’s a lifestyle that builds resilience, longevity, and strong habits beyond the gym.

You’ll find Grant coaching 5:30am and 5:45pm group classes, along with occasional Saturdays.

Fun fact: Grant is a self-proclaimed donut expert (everything in moderation).
